We’re proud to provide no-mess roofing, siding, repairs, and maintenance services to residences in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania regions. Our president, Keith Overmyer, obtained his carpentry program certification and successfully worked with a highly reputable remodeling contractor to develop his craft and mastery of the industry. After working on hundreds of projects, he later set out on his own and founded Overmyer Roofing in 2005. Today, our team of professionals completes every project to our customer’s highest satisfaction to give them peace of mind that their home will be secure and comfortable for generations.

Office Manager, Dominique Santapaola
As Office Manager, Dominique performs all clerical responsibilities within the company. That includes, new customer onboarding, scheduling appointments and jobsites, answering phones and all customer correspondence. Dominique will guide you through the company process to ensure a smooth roof installation from start to finish.
With over 9 years of Sales & Marketing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Dominique’s goal is to utilize her experience and knowledge to better serve our number one priority, satisfied customers.

Our Process
When you hire Overmyer Roofing , you can expect exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and a mess-free environment.
Your project is our main focus. Our priority is completing the job right the first time to our customer’s highest satisfaction. That is why we engage in a specific process from start to finish:
After you first reach out – through the contact form, phone call, text, or email, we’ll call you back within a day to briefly discuss your project, expectations and to request images of the project area if you have not already sent them.
We’ll then schedule a phone consultation to more thoroughly discuss your project. We seek to understand your needs, design ideas, and your concerns. Here, you will receive approximate pricing for your project.
After the phone consultation, an on-site visit is scheduled. Upon seeing the job site up close, potential problem areas can be identified and accurate scope of work is defined to calculate an estimate that you will receive the next day. Guaranteed. During the onsite visit, you’ll learn more about the warranties available to you.
Your project will then be scheduled. Our average lead time is between 2-3 weeks.
From start to finish your project will be completed seamlessly, in an organized fashion. The first step is the morning site prep. The current materials are removed safely to avoid property and landscaping damage. Once the new materials have been delivered and lifted to the roof, the installation begins to take place.
Upon completion, our team begins the cleanup process ensuring the job site is left spotless. Keith personally walks the entire roof and job site area to make certain the project is completed to their standards and that the area is mess-free.
The warranty for your new roof is then registered and you can expect check-ins from Keith personally to make sure everything is as it should be.
Mess-Free and Hassle-Free Jobs With Our Equiptor Machine
When say mess-free, we really mean it. We keep the entire property clean and clutter-free using the RB4000 Equiptor machine. This lift and debris container can be placed close to your house to catch debris when removing old roofing, fascia, soffits, gutters, windows, or siding.
The lifter raises up over bushes, hedges, and flowerbeds to keep your plantings safe and mess-free. Our roofing team can also use the Equiptor to lift construction materials, such as shingles. So the roofing materials will never clutter your lawn.
